The vision of Amalya Cohen
Drawn to fashion design from a young age, Amalya Cohen began her fashion-design studies in 2005, interning at fashion houses and bridal salons in Israel and abroad while she studied and building a deep, hands-on familiarity with the craft. In 2007 she went independent — working from home at first, then from a small studio — and over the years grew into the showroom where the studio operates today in Jerusalem, specializing in dresses for brides who observe modesty.
